Robyn and Emma, my physiotherapists, have been extraordinarily and helpful with adjusting exercises throughout my recovery. They provided me with excellent support, both knowledgeable and friendly.
With a detailed workout and analysis of your exercise’s videos through a mobile app, the physiotherapist is very much on hand to answer any questions, making sure you have understanding.
Robyn introduced me to pain management, and knowledge helped me with the Permission To Move course and Explain Pain book by Lorimer Moseley has helped me come out of chronic pain; thank you
Nick was my mum physio after a hip replacement operation and helped my mum during recovery, which happened during the covid lockdown and adjusting her workouts to suit. My mum couldn’t be happier. His expertise helped in quick recovery.
My sports massage with Naomi has been excellent in reducing pain and tightness from training. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and works with the Physio team, which helps adjust the massage to be more tailored. Highly recommend.
