Diana Todorova

Chartered Physiotherapist, Specialised Vestibular and Concussion Physiotherapist

Diana is a physiotherapist with experience in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation and has a strong passion for helping individuals regain confidence in their mobility.

Originally from New Zealand, Diana has recently relocated to London after completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at Auckland University of Technology in 2022. Since graduating, Diana has worked in private practice, gaining experience with a wide range of patients from sports and post-operative rehabilitation to elderly care and functional strength training, including Pilates.

Throughout the years, Diana has completed courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Advanced Concussion Management. Diana takes a thorough and supportive approach to helping individuals recover from dizziness, imbalance and concussion-related symptoms, focusing on restoring both function and confidence. When appropriate, Diana also incorporates the Mulligan Concept into her practice, using gentle, pain-free manual techniques to restore movement and reduce discomfort. Diana sees hands-on therapy as a gateway to improving mobility and laying the foundation for effective, exercise-based rehabilitation. Diana combines her practice and education to help patients understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.

In her spare time, Diana can usually be found pounding the pavement for marathon training (London 2026), flowing through a Pilates class, exploring new hiking trails, or getting lost in a book with a cup of coffee.
