Rhiannon Lomax

Chartered Physiotherapist, APPI trained, Massage Therapist

Rhiannon graduated from St Georges University in 2025 with first class honours in Physiotherapy. She is currently working in the NHS treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and joint-related pain alongside her role at Reform. She enjoys working closely with patients to create tailored rehabilitation programmes, and with 7 years previous experience as a Soft Tissue and massage therapist she has a deep appreciation for the importance of taking a holistic approach to rehab.

When she’s not working or studying Rhiannon is a keen member of the circus community and can often be found hanging upside-down from a trapeze or climbing to the ceiling on a rope. This personal experience and access to a community of super-strong, super-bendy people reinforced for her the importance of maintaining a balance between strength and flexibility to achieve optimal movement and function – for everyone, not just circus performers! This is the foundation of what attracted her to Pilates in the first place and the main reason that she enjoys providing reformer-based rehabilitation – integrating the clinical reasoning of the physiotherapist with Pilates principles to support and enhance recovery, strength, and movement confidence.
