This could be a sign that something in your vestibular system isn’t working as well as it could be!
So what is your vestibular system?

Your vestibular system is the part of the body that helps us to keep our balance and feel orientated. It processes information from your inner ear, visual input from your eyes, and sensory feedback from your joints, muscles, tendons, and skin.

Libby, one of the Senior Physiotherapists has had specialist training in Vestibular assessment and treatment.
