Caroline Reid
Soft Tissue Therapist | BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy | HCPC Registered
Caroline is a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and newly qualified Physiotherapist, combining an understanding of physical wellbeing and recovery with a friendly, compassionate, person-centred approach.
She believes in the emotional and mental health benefits of massage, helping clients feel more balanced, relaxed, and connected to their bodies. Her holistic treatments support recovery from injury, pain, and the stresses of daily life. She draws on advanced techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, muscle energy techniques, and soft tissue release, and is also qualified in pregnancy massage, Reiki, and Thai massage.
Whilst studying Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, Caroline completed placements across acute, community, respiratory, and rehabilitation settings in both the UK and South Africa. These experiences continue to shape her evidence-informed approach to treatment.
She has a particular interest in women’s health particularly in midlife and breathing dysfunction, and believes in tailoring every session to meet the unique needs of each individual.
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys Pilates and yoga (with teacher training in Vinyasa and Yin), the occasional park run and a good cup of tea whilst planning her next travel adventure.
