MCSP, HCPC – PH110249

Libby is a Highly Specialist Senior MSK, Vestibular and Chronic Pain Physiotherapist and Master Pilates trainer whose extensive experience in physiotherapy spans across both NHS and private practice, but also across continents as Libby has worked at opposite ends of the world; in London and New Zealand!

Libby graduated with First class honours from the University of Brighton in 2016, and immediately started her physiotherapy career working for the NHS in Surrey across a broad range of specialties including Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Respiratory and Elderly care. Then, being a lover of exercise, the outdoors and an active lifestyle, she went on to practice in New Zealand where her focus was in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy as well as Vestibular and Concussion rehabilitation.

Since returning to the UK in 2020 during Covid, Libby has spent time working in both the public and private sectors, including working within a GP surgery as a First Contact Practitioner.

Libby’s broad and varied experience helps her to assess each and every person as a true individual, approaching acute injuries, chronic pain or long term health conditions in a holistic manner, ensuring each person’s specific goals and concerns are always at the core of their treatment journey.

Libby has a passion for looking at the bigger picture and how your specific pain / injury affects you in the context of your life; your occupation, your hobbies/ sports and your familial roles and responsibilities. Her particular interests lie in chronic long term health conditions, like rheumatology and hypermobility, as well as concussion and vestibular conditions.

Libby is enthusiastic, full of energy and believes strongly in the power of guided exercise in helping each person to find a personalised way their bodies can move freely again, despite injury or pain.
